You can also make your own ghee if you can't find it in stores. A blessing for those with dairy allergies or who are lactose intolerant. I have a lactose allergy and miss the taste of butter and cheese sometimes, lol.

I feel like it's because he undercooked the steaks, allowing them to cook to completion as sausage. If they had been fully cooked when he sausageified them, it would have been dry.
