Made 50 mil domestically and 105 mil worldwide on the 1st weekend. I could've told anyone that its really been a lackluster movie year so far and not many blockbusters coming out. I think people will watch bad boys because its nothing else to watch but also word of mouth. Once people hear how good it is more will watch like the last bad boys, even the i haven't forgave will smith people.

1St bad boys was a great film which showed Will Smith and Martin Lawrence could act serious in a violent action thriller demonstrating their range as actors earlier in their careers. But after all the $$$ they make playing it safe doing comedy it was inevitable it would evolve into this. Will Smith is hit and miss with serious roles and Martin Lawrence only has success with comedy. Wish they would have kept this franchise gangster, but times change and it's all about playing it safe to get the bank.

Mike Lowery is Will Smith's character. Marcus Burnett is Martin Lawrence's character. I'll never get their names screwed cause of those scenes from the first movie where Martin has to pretend to be Mike, and he keeps practicing trying to say "Mike Lowery" in a sexy/cool voice.

Just watched it like 2 hours ago and man I so disagree with the score. I hated marcus being goofy 90% of the movie. Like, dude they are getting shot and he's thinking on eating candy and drinking slurpy or whatever it was. The movie tries to be serious, then he blabs some cringe-ass line.

Back when they were filming the third one, they must not have had any plans for a fourth one 4 life…😏 And I suspect that Mr. Smith may have been the deciding factor and impetus for another one so soon after the 3rd one, 4 life

I think the casting for Tiffany haddish and dj khaled was perfect they both brought that silliness the movie called for.

furiosa was great and it should of done better at cinemas. I personally won't bother going to see movies usually unless they're sci-fi or something special like that, it uses up a whole night not to mention the money i waste

The Rotten Tomato scores for the first two movies is one of so many reasons I don't trust their reviews.

I think for movies, Joe needs to have a different rating system. Satisfied or not satisfied. That would work way better. Because numbers cause you to get into situations where you give Bad Boys films better ratings than films that are considered better. They also put themselves in a weird spot by giving the last one a 9 and then saying this is better which would mean it would have to be a 10 but no way is this a perfect film lol. 9's and 10's should really be reserved for films that blew your mind. Stuff on a level so rarely seen. 7 should be reserved for "satisfied" films. But yeah, they should really switch away from number ratings for films.

Saw it with my wife last week. We found a small independent cinema, in a nearby town. First time we've been to an actual cinema, since the first avatar came out. Lovely little place, 2 luxury seat tickets, half the price of the bigger chain cinemas, for a single ticket! Really enjoyed the film, it had the comedy, loads of action! Would i buy it on bluray......probably!
