Thanks! Filler could be used for this but you'd need a LOT of it. I would worry more about my friend's dog eating the filler if she chooses to munch on this couch leg again.
Wow! Great job! I have one (maybe dumb) question; would it have possible to fill up that ‘line’ between the new piece of wood and the original leg with something like wood putty? (Kneedbaar hout)? Thanks! 🙏 love your work!
Hartelijk dank! Yes, 100% on the putty. I did fill it but then sanded a little too hard and exposed the line a little. Told myself that I would do it over if it could be seen once installed but it is fine. Thanks for calling it out!! 😀

I do not usually add music but it was there this time to cover up the sound of a pump running in the background. Hearing that would've driven you crazy.
