Ahhhh....the 80's!!! When arcades were the place to be on Saturday nights with a pizza parlor next door. Pockets loaded with quarters and you holding the high score! What a decade!
Kids now a days will never know the struggle of saying mom can I have a dollar and waiting in line behind 10 kids plus other 20 looking at you while you play
Kids today have it way to Easy today you die on a game you get to start right from where You died. These kids calling themselves gamers because they play stupid call of duty and stuff. These kids they wouldn’t last two seconds playing these kind of games.
When you’re older an realize it actually only takes about 20 minutes to beat the game. This after countless hours and quarters trying to get to the boss😔
Don't seem like an arcade machine but more of a PC or emulator. Could never complete any game on a machine. Them dogs and guard disappearing for some reason ?! Strange. In the arcade there were no such glitches as I recall. Amazing how 20+ years had passed and still I recognize the characters and the spots you crouch on the truck, the sighs of the enemy and boss... Damn the human mind.
Dude that's because the wicked owners of arcades used to set the difficulty level to hardest instead of easy as found in the video. Business demands these tactics, can't let anyone end the game in a single quarter.
If thought this was corny, the NES version was funnier! When the character says I’m Bad he sounds like he’s questioning himself like he doesn’t believe it.
In the UK, they worried so much about ninjas in the '80s that they banned the word "ninja" and any depiction of a nunchak or shuriken. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles became Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles, and Ninja Gaiden became Shadow Warriors.
Lately ive watched a bunch of these videos, its brought so many memories! The best about all these old games is the soundtrack! I feel like all the music could be sample today and be made into something kids today can enjoy
Steve Szakacs Why the hell would Karnov be on the side of these evil ninjas? When I first saw that, I put my fucking punny fist through the arcade machine. I was charged with willful destruction of property and sent to a child jail until I was 18.
something about being in a dark, grimey arcade room back as a then kid, surrounded by the hard hitting sound effects of different game cabinets like this one here... makes imaginations run wild :D
Nah, at least it took 4 mutant ninjas and their mutant ninja master along with the occasional other odd character to beat the Foot Clan. Dragon Ninja's clan was beaten by 1 human martial arts brawler who swings a pair of nunchuks like a baseball bat.
LOL!! XD Yeah, Dragon Ninja doesn't exactly run an elite fighting force does he? If he wasn't dead, the Ninja Master Union would probably revoke his membership. LOL!!!! XD XD XD
Loved this game. I used to spend hours at the arcade when I was a kid, just to play this. Wish they would bring this out again through the phone app stores
Really fun game to play. I remember the bowling alley in White Oak, a couple decades back, great times playing this. I didn't like leaving while I was playing....
"remember winners don't use drugs" , i can remember the warning in the arcade, so awesome that in the past they always gave out warnings to protect kids, whether it was with games or with cartoons.
The boss at 9:09 was a clone of Road Warrior Hawk. Not just the face paint, but in the early Road Warriors days, I remember Hawk throwing a pretty mean dropkick. The days of playing this and Double Dragon in Putt-Putt Golf and Games puts a tear in my eye... Hell it puts more than one tear in both my eyes. Wrestlefest, Double Dragon, Castlevania, Bad Dudes, and a few years later TMNT:Turtles in Time. There are so many O am missing. My Grandmother used to tell me that I used so many Quarters at the arcade, that the man driving around in his Cadillac was able to buy an extra one because of me :)
This brings back so many memories l played this every time l was in an arcade, sadly l never made it to the end l always ran out of money so now l know how this game is suppose to be ending.
GenX game nostalgia. This music and game play sound totally reminds me of a bowling alley i used to go to after school to play some arcade games w a couple dollars of quarters.
Have you ever noticed those games are made by the same company? Konami! Next time do research before making accusations about games ripping other games off moron.
When I lived just outside San Juan, PR back in the late 80s and early 90s, the Pizza Hut we went to had an arcade room and I'd play this game and Rampage all the time. Great memories!
This game is awesome and really under appreciated nowadays. A lot of people only tend to remember that infamous opening screen. It’s a blast to play in multiplayer, too
B A D D U D E S : Player 1 = Agent Blade Player 2 = Agent Striker S U P E R W A R R I O R S : Stage 1 = Jinborov "Karnov" Karnovski Stage 2 = Nikuya Nenail Stage 3 = Hanzō Hattori Stage 4 = Abann "Animal" Karany Stage 5 = Joseph "Killer Joe" Killian Stage 6 = Kon Bōsai Stage 7 = Dragon Ninja
Certamente, o latido desse cachorro está na minha memória, eu tinha uns 10 anos quando o dono de um boteco perto de casa instalou a máquina desse jogo... Passava horas jogando e vendo os outros jogarem.
The good old days. I use too have this on NES. There is a arcade in my area that still has this game today. And I just got it for the Nintendo switch lite
I think we can all say this is the coolest game ending ever. Because if having a burger with Ronald Regan or "Ronnie" in front of the White House isn't cool, then I don't want to know what cool is.
Right! On the NES version, Reagan was out of the White House by then so the Bad Dudes had to rescue George Bush Sr. then it had VP Dan Quayle eating a hamburger on the ending credits screen. Not nearly as cool as having a burger with Reagan but it cracked us up. =D
It means rampant ninja related crimes are everywhere INCLUDING THE WHITE HOUSE Where do you think they kidnapped the President from? It's that serious.
The Dave & Busters, Chuck E Cheese token-needed game rooms never came close to a REAL arcade room with 60+ games & 25+ pinball machines that took quarters. 😮
Bad Dudes: Reliving that Sweet Sweet 80's Nostalgia.😁 Also Bad Dudes: Realizing a game you spend Hours of time and loads of quarters on was made by 20 dudes in a office.😐
