I spend an afternoon tinkering with the bike, making a few changes and fitting more bits and pieces.! My Scrambler bike project based around a CB250T Frame and Engine.
Mud guard looks way better now at least for my eye. I would make it shorter but as some one mentioned it’s yours, so do it the way that it pleases you. 😊 Good job again! Keep pushing!
Until you have a seat and side panels I think the tank will look out of place and too big, I think it will be fine. Great work on the mudguard, just enough cut away!
Its starting to take the shape of the XL that never was,, its does have an S model look to it ,,or CL ? ,,high level side pipes ?? ,,may be an early XL front guard of some sort ? i like the way its coming together....tank looks perfect , will be lost when painted and built up .
Different people will have different views, for me the front mudguard is hidious and should be very much smaller. The tank is also to big for me but it's your bike and your dream so go with what suits you.
People may say the tank looks too big but its a CB250T frame with a CB250T tank but if you want a slimmer tank I can swap it with the CB400A tank that I have On my project bike ? otherwise looking great so far.

Hi, I'm planning on building my own, but i have never done that before so hopefully i can manage a fairly simple twin set of pipes running fairly high down each side.
