I read cucumber contains magnesium which may improve skin elasticity when administered topically. Is this incorrect? I thought cucumbers on the eyes were to reduce fine wrinkles.
@@KarlaJorge yes and that's what I have been trying to work on. Most address the sagginess or puffiness but I am tired of seeing how much older these deep caves make me look. Almost as if I'm starving 🤦🏻♀️
I am 67 and do not mind fine lines and brown spots on my face. I do not mind looking older but I don’t like looking tired all the time due to baggy undereyes. I realize an undereye lift by a cosmetic/plastic surgeon is needed in my case. I will have to save my pennies.
So an Optometrist is an Eye Doctor who supplies Eye Glasses where an Opthamologist Dr. David L Cute of Pennsylvania is the best.. He specializes in diseases of the Eye. He is a Medical Doctor aka performs Surgery....
I have suffered with BAGS UNDER MY EYES for years, Drs have not been very helpful, but PLEXIDERM works beautifully! After a very light application, the bags have tightened up and are barely noticeable, and lasts a good 6-8 hours. I'm surprised this young man (DR?) is not very well informed on the topic. I also suffer with Sjogrens, DRY EYES, again he was not helpful.
He completely missed one of the main causes of bags under eyes - nasolacrimal stenosis that causes tears overflow (epiphora) and absorption of tears by the soft tissue under the eyes.
@@magdalenetakacsdentremont153 sephora has a great caffeine based tightening gel; I use it every morning, and reapply mid afternoon for a later pick me up- it's only about $ and lasts me about 2 months. Garnier has a roll on caffeine I've used, it's in a lime green, tube and sort of looks like a mascara tube. I recall it being pretty inexpensive, too.
