In this vlog I review both the, new for 2024, Bailey Pegasus Grande GT75 Ancona single axle and the Bailey Pegasus Grande GT75 Amalfi twin axle caravans. Two for the price of one (in the vlog I mean, not some weird special offer from Bailey!)
The caravan's are named GT 75 to mark Bailey's 75 years of manufacturing caravans in the UK and have become one of the largest manufacturers of touring caravans in the UK. As for what the GT stands for, we could probably have an educated guess at Grande Tourer.
With both a single axle and twin axle offering, the Ancona and Amalfi caravans offer a great way for families to start enjoying the great outdoors.
The Bailey Pegasus Grande GT75 Ancona is the single axle :

Internal Length. 6.016m / 19′9″
Overall Width. 2.450m / 8′0″
MTPLM. 1579kg.
The Bailey Pegasus Grande GT75 Amalfi is the twin axle:
Shipping Length. 7.863m / 25′10″
Internal Length. 6.334m / 20′9″
Overall Width. 2.450m / 8′0″
MTPLM. 1750kg

You'd think they would oil the hinges on the doors. Find Bailey's so creaky and cracky noises when open doors and cupboards

hi Graham, I would like the reviews to cover length of front single sofas, the size of the bathroom & shower and how big the kitchen is, you have to consider when the drainer is in place, how much work top is left. the Acona was a nice layout, but you could have spent more time in the bathroom! I liked how you struggled to get the wardrobe door shut in the twin axle one, I was just think that looks tricky to open and shut with out getting the bedding caught. more reviews like that please.

The one thing about both those baileys is the doors squeak and that would drive me insane ,,great video apart from the squeaky doors

Weird that they squeak. Having said that I’m never without WD40. Everything seems to dry up and need spraying…

Graham you mentioned in one of your videos about a website you set up for selling caravan goods etc what is the link for joining this. How are you getting on with your towing cover. Because my one from the same company has gone similar place I no about couple of other to

Thanks for watching. Tow cover has a rip at the bottom where it feds into the rails, still usable. I noticed they have. Hanged the design and don’t have the elasticated bit anymore. members.caravanvlogger.co.uk is the link

@@CaravanVlogger to be honest Graham Protec have a new MD and there’s going to be new designs I spoke to them today, because the specialised covers this is my 3rd one Two of my friends have had similar issues but customer service is absolutely terrible. So I’m ordering from someone else not worth the money. My cover split as well on the outside, only 2yrs old. I had a protec one I gave to the caravan nut and he still has it, but don’t think you get your money worth from specicalied covers especially the price Talking about wheel nuts Graham I’ve purchased chrome plastic wheel nut covers changes the look of the wheel only cost couple of pounds. But thanks for getting back 👍
