My bike is 6.7 kW 50mph but it’s all about how you behave on public roads or even greenways and sidewalks. Edit: I have a couple circle burnout videos if you want to see lol go DIY if you want real power!
@@xmateinc so it's BS when I keep reading that Bafang is the best? Which motors are better? I might drop a lot of money on an ebike so I don't wanna get played by disingenuous misinformation.
@@joebuck4496 bosch is the best. Bosch motors are highly engineered, and come out with regular software updates. Bafang is popular because it comes with a throttle, and you can buy kits. As a bike mechanic I can tell you in the last 5 years I’ve had 1 bosch motor come back with problems, and bosch warranted out the motor, a year and a half past warranty. I have 3 bafang powered bikes in the shop right now with controller issues. And I’ve seen 2 bafang motor completely break down. One because it burn itself out on a long climb, and the other the motor rusted out in under a year. If you really want a throttle then you have no choice other then bafang, or a bafang type motor. If you want a performance machine get something with a bosch CX or speed motor.
@@xmateinc oh ok thanks. I was looking for a more rugged ebike for rough terrain, uphill power, and towing. I was eyeing up the Bakcou Mule but it’s a Bafang…I’ll try to find a similar type bike but with a Bosch motor instead!!
imagine paying these prices for the same bike you can get from aventon for a fraction of the price. No way is a bafang motor worth this much. I can get bosch with best in class torque and most engineered for these prices. What a rip off.
@@gunsandrotors8704 I agree with overpriced, however Ebikes do have a place. Some of the areas I hunt don't allow gas powered vehicles . Therefore you have to walk or bike and an ebikes gets you places beyond a regular bike.
