Recipe for 3 pieces
300 grams of water
20 grams of fresh yeast
1 tsp agarva syrup
approx. 500 g flour (spelled flour type 630)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Knead for 10 minutes, leave to rise at room temperature for 3-5 hours.
Divide into 3 parts, shape and leave to rest for 30 - 60 minutes, cut diagonally.
Pre-bake at 200° O/U for 15 minutes.
100 g herb butter of your choice
freeze or finish baking approx. 10 min.
