Definitely enjoyed the baking content! It was really fun to watch both your artwork and cooking in the same video. The landscape turned out so great, inktense pencils are really amazing and make everything so vibrant!

These Inktense are just the best to be honest. I don’t think I can go back to regular watercolour pencils… and I’m glad you liked the cooking content, I think I’m going to mix some in more often :)

Mmm, love focaccia - a simple rosemary and oil one is my favourite. So I'm happy to see the baking as well as painting. I really like the colours of your recent paintings.

Thank you! I recently tried a fougasse with similar herbs, it was so good! And today I’m tackling English muffins 🤩 I’m glad you like the mix of painting and baking!

Looks like a whole lotta fun Laurence! Your Choux & focaccia looked quite yummy. So nice to have such a tasty satisfaction to your baking endeavors. Can you hear my stomach growling? 😊 It’s the perfect time of year for baking. And your painting turned out gorgeous, again. I really like the inktense, watercolor, gouache combo too. Oh…and.shhh don’t tell, but I owe Derwent an apology too.😬 NOT dumb. I originally struggled with it too, until later I saw someone else just jam that pencil in there. It will scratch the finish off some pencils, but no matter by then. I’m just glad you [and I] are no longer disappointed. May get another set of those extenders as I really like the way they feel in the hand…nice that they don’t add any unnecessary weight to cause hand strain. Oh…and I love your “winter studio”. We just had several days of rare but much needed rain here in the desert and extra light was needed for drawing & keeping the gloomies at bay. Thanks for sharing both the baking and art. Omg I’m glad I’m not alone with the Derwent situation! I felt a tiny bit dumb haha. I couldn’t understand why it wouldn’t work with their own pencils! I’m happy you like the baking content! It’s something I do a lot and I enjoy it very much so I’m looking forward to including more of it in my videos :) Thanks for your beautiful comment! I love showing these extra bits so I’m glad you enjoyed! No I’m not a knitter but I’m sure I would love it. I just don’t have enough time to learn! I love that sweater too, it’s so cute but I think it’s not going to last very long as the quality is not the best. If I knitted I could make another one… one day maybe! Oh and YES the focaccia was soooooo good!!!!
