Baking yeast rolls. Recipe is 1/2 cup warm water below 110 F 3 Tbsp sugar 1 pk rapid yeast mix well keep warm 5 mins. 1/2 cup warm whole milk 1/4 cup oil mix well with yeast mixture. add 2 n 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp salt stir in and knead in another almost 1/2 cup flour til barely sticky. kneading a 3-5 min . ball up dough , coat in oil, put in airtight container in warm place or proofing box 1 hr, then reshape and reproof 45 mins. bake in preheated oven 370 F 15-20 mins.
