As a physiotherapist and beginner I am also interested in what or if you do some special stretching and treatment for the feet and other parts. Vanessa, when would you use arriving on straight knee (day 4), isn't it too hard for a step? Or is it just for practice? Thank you for making those videos, they are really helpful!
for me arriving with straight knees is the best in most cases since I find it to provide the best stability for the basis leg thus having a good axis after stepping... I use it most of the times. However If someone engages the muscles well as the video shows other kind of steps may be suitable according to the music and personal style.
