Having a good balance is of paramount importance both in and outside tango.
In the everyday life a good balance prevents us from falls and injuries. In all sports, both the static and dynamic balance play a key role and in tango it allows us to move with control, lightness and presence whilst maintaining an extraordinary connection to our partner.
In this video you are going to execute 8 exercises of increasing difficult that will
- strengthen your ankles
- strengthen your legs
- allow you to find the body alignment needed for a good balance
- allow you to boost your overall balance
Execute the exercises regularly at least 3 times a week to feel stronger, more stable and more in control of your own balance.
