This is a great little drill to check your core strength and balance. If you have a strong center, you will find that the legs do not play into the work. If you lack core power, you will not be able to pass the weight easily from one side to the other without a wiggle waggle. The slower you go the more challenging. Remember you have 29 paired muscles of the CORE, and you can't just point to your abs and call them your core!
