Enjoy rotary shaving! You will find a regiment that works for you. It may take 3-5 shaves for your hair to get used to it. But when your scalp gets acclimated, it will be the best investment.

@@mickyr171.... Won't need any if you keep it clean & always rinse the hair out. Oil with clipper oil every month. Best machine ever built.

Yeah, exfoliation is key! I do it anytime I shave, but also anytime head is feeling itchy and dry, I exfoliate. The best exfoliating brush I've used is called Wizker. We look to partner with them in the future but I'd definitely get one!

Nice to meet you. I have a video where I reviewed my favorite shavers. If your shaver does the job in 5 minutes and is powerful then, you don't need to look any further. I do feel like 7 heads is overkill. It was a marketing play to tell you "more heads, the better it works" that's false. In fact the more heads, the more headache you'll have cleaning. The harder the motor has to work to spin 7 heads. I have found 5 heads to be ideal for coarse hair. Fine hair users can escape with 4 heads. But 7 heads is what imitation brands advertise to capture newer customers. Where are you located?

Yes you can use it in shower. That is actually how I regularly use it. You just cant dunk/submerge the whole shaver in water.

Welcome to the bald life! Yes use clipper and trimmers to get down as low as you can. Then i wash your scalp with warm/hot water and shampoo and conditioner. Apply shaving cream to your head. Make sure the shaving cream is lathered with some water. It should feel like a milk shake on your head, basically. Then you can ise the bald buddy. Do 1 pass over your whole head. Then do a second pass to get any left over hair. You may need to appy a little more shaving cream. NOTE: make sure you are cleaning bald buddy when it begins to bog down. When you are done with shaving let you head air dry. Then apply aftershave spray. Let that dry off. Then apply an aftershave butter or lotion.

Smooth finish for sure but you will feel stubble running against the grain in the tougher parts of your head. It's a rotary shaver, so it will only shave hair down to the surface of your skin. A normal razor blade will shave your skin and hair together, and that why it feels like a smooth skim shave.

Rotary blade actually cuts hair evenly, but it could take your hair some time to adjust to a new shaving method. Took me about 5 shaves with rotary electric shaver for my hair to get used to it. If you do get bumps from any kind of shaving we recommend you use a cooling shaving cream or a foamier shaving cream. Even condotioner helps soften the hair before shaving. Then use a cold towel after you shave to close pores and good aftershave solution like our aftershave solution, bump patrol, or tend skin. Then keep your head moistured with good lotion so it doesnt dry up and irritate. Shaving bumps is more due to preshave and post shave care than the actual cutting method. Hope this helps.

Is it doing an A+ job for you? If your mach 3 serves you well, then you are in a good spot. But if you are looking for convenience and ergonomics to reach the tough spots, the Bald Buddy will make you happy for sure. Our goal isnt to sell you something you dont need.

Do you have coarse or fine hair?

I definitely use warm or hotter water for shaving, so it opens up your pores and softens hair. Right after im done shaving, i use cold water or towel to close my pores.

Try exfoliating first and then making sure the hair is soft before you shave. Simple things like letting hair conditioners sit in your hair to soften it help. It will make the hair come off easier.
