Speedrun of Baldur's Gate 3 on Xbox Series X, i did this to show its possible to do on console just takes some time, the pc strategy is still valid but due to the consoles having no mouse & keyboard support for this game and the limitations they have. This run was on honour mode first time it took me around 4-5 hours to complete, i watched @ChronosReturns for his speed runs on pc, and followed the same way, as he has a great tutorial on how to do the run, shadow boxing is not possible on console due to the camera angles as far i as i could try, also a shout out to the comment section on his video with how to do the wall clipping on console, you just have to mash up on the D-pad and the jump button at the same time. thanks for watching and taking the time to read this :) #baldurs gate 3 #baldurs gate 3 gameplay #xbox

Thanks. I tried Honour Mode and just don't have the time for it these days. Thus will help with getting all trophies.

Seriously, thank you! I’m not playing the full game in honor mode, so this’ll be huge for the achievement. :-) Would you mind adding some tips/info for some of the stuff you did? Like how attacking the hanging body opened the Bhaal trail door or why you killed your companions at various times?

Wild that you managed this haha, I'm still struggling in the Silent Library! What is it that grants you the feather fall and enhance leap boost, making it stay at 10 rounds?

Just before the beginning of act 2 when you are in mountain pass, you need to kill your character and switch to turn based mode and pick them up, then resurrect them and apply the buffs, I have a short video just explaining it on my channel, good luck on your run and let me know how it goes 👍

Okay trial #2! I keep having to reapply the above for some unknown reason and I'm not sure why! It wipes the 10 turn rituals when I enter the Shadow lands and then again when I try adding the rituals to Shadowheart in the temple. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

So your buffs keep coming off? I haven’t had it happen to me, as soon as I did the glitch in act 1 I kept it though the rest of the game, which console are you playing on?

the goomba stomb route is imo easier if you struggle with the libary you can find a video by Chronos Bg3 speedrun

Is it normal to have issues with ketherics cut scene after you cast witch bolt? Thats the problem im running into and im wondering if maybe I missed a step somewhere. Also, this is a great help thank you

If its related to shaddys cutscene, it wont let me into the room with the chosen while she is in the cutscene for some reason, says party isnt ready

Would this speed run also work on Tactician mode? I want the achievement for beating the game on Tactician difficulty but I'm not nearly good enough to do a full 100% play through which is why I'm trying to speed run it. Just wondering if anything changes during the speed run that would not allow me to replicate it if i was on Tactician, thanks.

This can be done on any difficulty, just takes a bit of patience and practice for the wall jumping bits, I have even run this carrying someone with me for them to get the achievement 👍

Im currently stuck at 19:20. For me my feather falling ends after 10-15 seconds not allowing me enough time to place the barrel and jump. Why is that?@MysticStarGamingOfficial

@@RomelOsorio you should have done the infinite buff glitch just before act 2 at the 8 minute mark when you go to the camp and kill your character and go into turn based mode, then revie the character and cast the buff for them to stick

@@MysticStarGamingOfficial I ended up getting it through sheer luck, but ended up softlocking my game because the spear disappeared out of shadowhearts inventory at some point and I didn't realize until I was by aylin

When I picked up the lantern dropped by the Drider it started combat for me. Is there a way to prevent that?

@canigetarefund3577 apparently you can throw the lantern to the bridge, or get it dropped and wait for them to leave, but the rest of the run isn’t possible at the minute

@MysticStarGamingOfficial You can get a lantern by a window in Balthazar's room in Moonrise Towers. He's got a balcony there so it should be fairly easy to get to with leap.

@@ziadnour3998well done for doing it, that’s one of the easy ones, the brain cat jump at the prison is the hardest, but keeping at it you will succeed and the prison is the last jump, if you get up to the gith fight, save scum and keep a character back incase you die

by running do you mean him moving around? if so then you have to sneak to get a better chance of hitting him and he wont engage you in a fight unless you go near him but he will still move around so you have to be careful not to go near him and just take your time hitting him with the witchbolt , or do you mean he's running around the bottom part looking for you?

Yeah she was still in the chat animation. But I think maybe just bad run. Will start again. Good part is Getting to ketheric takes less then 20 minutes following your path. Hopefully I'll get the achievement soon kaka.
