I absolutely cannot get the Balzathar skip, I've been trying for hours. The milisecond that cutscene starts at 27:51, I cannot switch to my main character fast enough - Shadowheart is immediately put next to the portal and the journal updates. I don't know if my game is running faster or something but there just seems to be no time. I don't know whether to try and time out the preceding cutscene to try and get myself some breathing room. Or just give up 🤣 edit: okay, got there in the end. so for people without fast thumbs, in that last Shadowheart series of cutscenes before you switch to fight Ketheric - instead of skipping all of the scenes and then trying to switch characters in a flash, I would instead skip to the cutscene just before that (where Shadowheart materialises the spear into her hand), and at that point LT to the switch character selection menu and hover over your main character. Watch the scene play out in the background, and as soon as you see that 27:51 cutscene start, just press A on your main character, enter and start mashing through the cutscene. Should have even more time to get through it before Shadowheart's quest updates. Also worth mentioning that when you approach Nightsong in the fog to kick these cutscenes off, you may get kicked out of the cutscene sequence and back into your fog cloud. Don't panic - just talk to her again and the full sequence of cutscenes will start again, so you'll have a second chance to switch characters. The second time around, it seems to stick. Ways you know something hasn't worked include Ketheric disappearing entirely from the boss room, or Nightsong appearing in the back right corner of the Ketheric boss room, trapped by magic. Also for those more hesitant with this kind of thing like me who like to throw down lots of saves, I can confirm that it is possible to throw one down once you've successfully fog clouded Balthazar - just wait until you're in the fog cloud as he can randomly decide to spot you after casting. All saves on honor mode are at your own risk obvs but thought it was worth a mention as it worked for me. Again excellent video, I'm just not as dextrous as you with these cutscene skips 🤣 give me a wall skip any day, I got out of the red room in 2 tries

hmm. Whenever I try to do the cutscene skip, Shadowheart turns up somewhere in the process (either on the bridge, or in the prison) and leaves the party. I don't seem to be able to keep her in the Nightsong area :( edit: never mind, worked it out. For me, I couldn't start the cutscene skip sequence unless my party was grouped (kept telling me to gather the party first), but if I left them grouped, Shadowheart would teleport to me at the end of the sequence. So if this happens to anyone else, just make sure your party is split when you first move Shadowheart down a bit into the Nightsong's prison, before your character is auto-teleported to Moonrise prison. Just leaving my little schoolboy errors here in case anyone else is struggling 😅 excellent video, entirely my error

Will the door glitch works on PS5? I couldn't make it work 9:40 I see SH is at least 'trying' to jump, but on PS5 she doesn't even move a muscle :(

Ok so i encountered a new problem. For some reason despite me clearly being in the Illithyd colony Shadowheart chooses to spare the Nightsong.

I cant pull off the door skip for the spear.. i jump into the barrel but it oushes me out if the wall.. :( dam this is tough .. kicks me out of the wall but wrong side? Any tips ?

Can you explain how enhance leap and feather fall are always on ? I may have missed that part

Im so confused with the shadowheart cutscene bit at 16.09 ... Do I have to select travel to road to baldurs gate twice or once ? when I do it the first time it immediately takes me there instead of letting me switch back to shadowheart to initiate the cutscene again

ok so a weird thing is Ketheric just completely despawned for me in the chamber you fight him in. Does that mean I gotta redo the entire thing?

Not sure if it's patched or I just can't pull it off, but can't do the skip at 9:50

Wondering if they patched the fight with ketherick. Nightsong seems to be in 2 places at the same time. I’ve followed every step now 2 runs in a row with the same outcome. If I try to hit ketherick with lightning he runs around looking for me. Even if he doesn’t know where I am. I waited for him to go back to his circle and the witch bolt I had attached to him didn’t even hurt him
