So I thought I there might be a way to save the mask wearers you have to fight Auntie Ethel, but I was disappointed. Still, was worth a try! If you're having trouble with this fight just re-do it a few times, eventually you'll get lucky and they'll repeatedly succeed on their saving throws.
EDIT: See pinned comment if you really want to save them. There doesn't seem to be much follow up content even if you succeed though.

Sleight of Hand them while they're awake or Stealth past them (I forget which) and fight the hag. Supposedly, one of them will have dialogue (the chat reveals they put the mask on recently) while the rest stand around aloof or just disappear. That's it for the non-lethal side content apparently.

@@isador555 The Hag will summon them as allies in that fight by sneaking past them. Plan to focus fire on the hag to make them no longer hostile.

@@Demonicgamer666english isn't my first language so i'm sorry if i write something wrong, anyway, is there a way to obtein the +1 bonus and saving the masks and the pietrifided dwarf? Becouse i haven't attack the masks but sneak behind them, then i've focused the attacks on the hag till she didn't start talking to me, i've take the bonus and then tried to switch to another character to kill her while still in the dialugue to free all the masks and interrupt the curse on the dwarf but the switch doesn't function. Do you know a solution?

Before going through door cast "Protection form evil" on the party and put the mask on, get your party to boss room one by one this way splitten them up. Do boss fight with 3/4 party members use non lethals and get Ethel to under 10life. Ask for myrabelle and +1buf then before Ending conversation kill hag with 4th party member. Cast "protection from evil" on the masked guys and loot/steal there maskes. The little wonen is saved from masked even without doing so. (Tip: you can cast silent bubble on her location before fight to prevent her from casting her masked helpers to aid her) no idea of you will see them afterwards in BG though i'm still in act1

Actually you can. You have to sneak past them and them defeate ethel. It is a hell of a fight, because she will summon all of them to fight alongside her, but there are ways to cheese it (like shoving her in to the abism in the middle of the area). Only one of the masks can be really saved though. The others are just to far gone and went crazy after years of mind controlling.

I tried the same. You can take off the masks safely after killing Untie Ethel. But they dont wake up afterwards. And after a long rest they disappear. Even shoving wont't wake them up (but you lose reputation, haha).

You can take the masks off if you kill the hag. Her powers dwindle away once she's dead but unfortunately the only 2 ppl you can actually save are the female dwarf who hasn't been driven fully cray yet and the dwarf turned to stone. Sadly the other 3 ppl will have still lost their minds even after you take the masks off

I couldn't save them, but there is some interesting dialogue if you go back and have a look at those made an example of in the chamber before them, after you've killed Auntie Ethel.
