This was super tough!! My body was screaming during the Superwoman lifts 😂 I actually started following your workouts when I was recovering from a knee injury and didn’t have access to a gym. I’ve seen so much progress from your workouts!!

@@TrainLikeaBallerina I’d say it was very good and I’ll come back and do it again! Personally I felt there were a few too many breaks, but it’s probably good that you explain how to do a proper squat. I did the first half with a booty band and got a nice burn. I’ve never done kissing clams before so it was nice to see something new. Also, I like the integrated arm movements with the squats and bridge pose, makes you concentrate more I think.

Thank you for your feedback Mari, I really appreaciate it. I create, film & edit everything on my own... and for free for RU-vid. I understand perfect audio is greatly appreciated but it's really hard to do with no budget and all on my own. I hope you can understand that. No. To grow your glutes you'll require weight training as well as be in calorie surplus. None of my workouts will bulk your muscles but I can advise some excellenet trainers who can help with that if you like?
