Thank you. Great workout. My legs are shaking.I like the last move. with rotating the leg in and out and dropping but not moving the hip. I felt how the muscle was working

I love the kissing calms! I have added that to my morning pliates workout. I cant do the beautiful twisting stretches but I can imagine - great stuff!

Hi Manequin, There are hundreds of 15 and 30 minute workout for weight loss on the TLB app: trainlikeaballerina.com Regarding classical music unfortunately we must use royalty free music and there is very limited classical music to use however I really apracite your feedback and will try find some find some fir furture videos - Louisa xx

I really want to Start Doing this but ngl Im Kinda lazy and I give up easily when I dont see results Fast enough do you have any tips to help me not Give up and to be less lazy??

I understand that it really takes up a whole lot of energy to doing this and make this a habit. Don't be too harsh on yourself when you can't see results after 1 or 2 days. 😄 Take it one step at a time, one day at a time. My tip is to start doing it at your own pace, make the workout fun, enjoy every beat, every step, and always choose to do it even if it feels like you don't want to do it. Soon, you will realize, it has been a habit already. I believe in you! You can do it ✨

Nice workout, but the adds in the middle of it really ruin the fun. You can keep the adds in front and at the end, but why in the middle of the workout! 🤷‍♀️
