It amazes me how the exact same slug, down the exact same barrel, can group differently depending on the powder charge put in each individual shell. You’d THINK that no matter how much powder was put in a shell, a slug of the same type going down the same barrel would group the same, yet they don’t. Glad you guys take the time to show this concept to us ‘New Jacks’. I really appreciate your channel and have already learned so much. Thanks again guys.
I wanted a Tri-star in 28 for awhile now but theyt don't sell over here in Scotland atleast as tri-star I think they're sold to us a armsan cr. Seeing you guys shoot slug through it makes me want it more though.
I used the DGS with 23 grains of LS. the trajectory was poa from my clect choke shotgun. plus it went through a solid wood fence post. Mine also shot high when using more than 23 grains.
Another great video , I feel with a scope that gun might cut that group in half or lessen it somewhat.Just the way it is I feel it would definitely take hogs or deer out to 60 yards or so for sure. That isn't a Baretta A400 but it sure performs well. Not everyone can afford an 1800 dollar semi auto , I know I can't. I did purchase a 18 1/2 inch Remington slug barrel for my 870 Fieldmaster , it has iron sights. smooth bore Improved Cylinder. Hope to test it this week
