If you can’t get enough summertime salads, then you will love this balsamic tomato peach salad with arugula, feta and fresh herbs. First you make the balsamic vinaigrette, and then you stir in the peaches and tomatoes to let them marinate in the dressing for just 10 minutes or so. After that, all you have to do is fold in the rest of the ingredients.
