The Baltimore Peninsula (formerly known as Port Covington) has been rapidly progressing on Baltimore's south side. Under Armor founder Kevin Plank has been one of the key driving forces behind this project. Originally he compared the plans to Dubai. Although the plans have been scaled down significantly since that time, they still are substantial and will change the makeup of the city if they are successful. This drive shows what the area looks like in spring of 2024... lots has been built but few people have moved in yet.
