They need to have a school's to create more skill jobs such as plumbers, HVAC, truck drivers, construction workers, diesel mechanics, automotive mechanics, carpenter's ,nurses, dental hygienist, these profession pays very well. These jobs do not take long to go to school plus it is positive to be doing something if they prepare these at risk kids in school who are likely to drop out or commit crimes into these professions will be more successful instead of career criminals. These kids dont have nothing to look forward to their environment is not and happy environment. If all your friends selling drugs or doing them or committing crimes what is the kids are more then likely to do with them of course the same. Also they need drug programs to get these kids off drugs is another a reason for crime. Putting them in jail creates better criminals especially if they under 18. If they have not commit murder or attempt murder they need more money to convert these kids and they parents. Until they give some hope and change the real problem this is going to happen throughout American not just Baltimore. Americans going to want cross borders to leave America here because it is only going to get worse before it get better.

When I was 2 years old in 1987 my Mommom (Grandmother), could let me run around the park on Erdman near Moravia where she lived most of her life. This is what we need but then as the years go I’m like so what are they doing , now I know they won’t be able to reach everyone but Baltimore has gotten way worse and for 30 years I was born and raised here . Then I seen them a few months ago just having a cookout and there is nothing wrong with that but it just looks like people wanna hang around and be cool with everyone and be in the spotlight .
