Hi Mayra! I'm so glad I found your channel!! I was advised by doctors to go on a low carb diet and I cannot believe the amount of options and delicious food I can still have until I started looking! I've tried a few of your recipes for breakfast and lunch ideas and they are all so delicious! I absolutely love the videos on what to buy in Costco and Walmart, my grocery shopping experience has dramatically changed (for the better!) regarding how I read labels! Hi Mayra, I tried to substitute almond and coconut flour in my traditional Banana Bread recipe and it came out raw and dense! Of course it had three bananas in it so maybe that’s why? Anyway, I am so glad you just posted this video! I printed the recipe and will try to bake it this weekend. Thank you!

I don't eat the SB pastries because they are too sweet. This looks amazing, but do you have the lemon loaf dup too. Also I would love the paleo version of the banana bread.
Mayra….Is the butter used in this banana bread recipe Salted or Unsalted? I get confused if you are supposed to use Salted or Unsalted butter while baking? Is there a “ baking rule” about butter? For us followers ( there has to be more than just me) 🤷♀️ could you please specify if butter is in any future recipes that you refer to it as Salted or Unsalted? Thank you as I’m really looking forward to making this recipe!🍌
Unsalted is the standard assumption but you can use salted fine. Just cut down or remove salt from the recipe entirely so as not to over salt the recipe.
I wish you had told us what brown sugar substitute you used. The sweetener was white powder. If you could fill us in that would be great so we can make it correctly. Thanks I love banana bread!
@lowcarblove have you tried the keto flour made by Victoria's kitchen channel on youtube? It's a 1 to 1 flour that can be used with any regular all purpose flour recipe. Its amazing!
So disappointed that mine came out looking beautiful but when sliced turned into crumbles! Taste was Delicious, but not a whole slice and definietly not moist. However, the batter looked fine and moist when it went into pan. Wondering what keto desert to make with the crumbles? Will definitely try again.

Lo que entiendo que se hunden es porque el molde está muy pequeño y creo que es por edo el fin de semana pasado hice un pastel y se hundio de enmedio usd moldes de 8 y se hundio volvi hacer el pan pero ahora los puse en moldes de 9 y ya no se hundio y me dijo la señora que esraba muy esponjado el pan y era keto
I baked the banana bread for 40 minutes, but it's still not done. So, I gave it 20 more minutes. I tested it with skewer, and it came out clean. I'm concerned it's not well baked. I always do my recipe with regular flour and bake for 40-45 minutes. Please help!
I made the chicken bread that you posted yesterday. I followed the recipe and it fell apart. It also tasted like egg loaf. It did not taste the chicken, but it definitely did not taste like bread,
