This is very close to the banana bread recipe that I use…. I always add almond extract along with vanilla extract (equal amounts of each). Really adds to the flavor! Also - I noticed that your egg is missing from the printed recipe in the show notes too… Thanks for another tasty small batch!

Increased oil to 5T and added 1T of honey (to retain moisture) and substituted heavy cream (all I had) for the sour cream-OH MY GOD. Thank you for this recipe. New go to.

@@LeighAnneWilkes Yes. I make the pineapple upside down cakes. We love them. The recipe I’m referring to has crushed pineapple in it. Very moist. Just a suggestion. I appreciate your response.
