Ingredients
Banana ( Plantain ) - 2
Semiya/Vermicelli - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 3 Tbsp
Cashew Nuts - 1/4 cup
Raisins - 1/4 cup
Brown Sugar - 1/4 Cup + 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Egg - 3
Milk - 1 Cup+1/4 cup (depends on the size of the banana)
Salt - a pinch

Preparation
Heat a pan add 2 tbsp ghee and fry cashews and raisins and keep it aside.
Add chopped bananas and fry until light brown color. Remove and set aside.
Add 1 tbsp ghee to the same pan fry the vermicelli for 1 minute. Add milk 1 cup and add 1 tbsp brown sugar. Cook until vermicelli is half cooked and remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Add 3 eggs to a blender add 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup brown sugar and pinch of salt. Blend it until well.
Pour it to a bowl, mix with prepared vermicelli, fried bananas and 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder. Add half of the fried cashews and raisins to it and mix it well.
Pour the prepared mix to a greased pan. Cover and cook for 10 min and then top it with cashews and raisins. Cover and cook for another 30 more minutes.
Cook for 40 min on low flame on one side and then flip it to another pan and cook for 5 min. Once it’s cool you can slice and enjoy.
