Bangers/Sausages and Mash Pie 

Well you may be familiar with the classic British dish Bangers and Mash but in the video today we are going to put a delicious spin on this delicious comfort dish and serve it all together as a pie, Bangers/sausages and Mash Pie . You have heard of Shepherd’s Pie(with lamb) and Cottage Pie(with beef) well this is the perfect easy recipe that I think you might fall in love with as it can be made ahead of time. Ingredients
Sausages (I used a pack of small sausages )
1 Large onion
2 carrots
1 Leek
1 cup of Peas
2 Bay leaves
1 Tbsp Thyme
Salt & Pepper
Beef stock/water
A splash of Worcestershire sauce
A splash of Wine 😜
1 Tbsp flour
Mash potato
5 large Potatoes
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/4tsp Nutmeg
1 cup of Cheese
Salt & Pepper
1 tbs Butter
½ Cup Cream/ ½ Milk ) add all the cream then top up with milk as needed.
In the oven 180C for 25-30min until the top of your pie is golden.
