Baofeng IP67 to K-1 Plug Speaker Mic Adapter 

Thank You When I had a GT3-WP radio using this adapter, I wrapped the heck out of it with electrical tape. It's a convenient adapter and can allow a single inventory of accessories to interop across multiple radios. I've spent a bunch of time looking at the plugs for the IP67 Baofengs and they're modeled after an older Motorola multi-pin but they aren't the same. The overall case size is slightly different and the thread pitch of the set screw is different. To the best of my knowledge, it's been a minute since I last looked. The retevis and Ailunce multi-pins are compatible with Motorola GP328+ style connector, IIRC YMMV double check this before buying. And there is also a K1 adapter available, but it is not a whipe style like the Baofeng, so waterproofing it might take some RTV. Black RTV is the radio nerds duct tape.

Excellent product and thanks for sharing with us. I have the UV9R for the car and will get a few adaptors. Best to tape it up with self amalgamating tape. It will bond to itself and turn into solid rubber. You can then add black electrical tape for UV protection.🍻🤠

Is there a way to waterproof a k-plug? There are a number of IP 67 rated radios that unfortunately use k-plug accessory ports.
