Had to start late to avoid the heat, 5 down dips&muscle ups then 10 pulls to a 30sec hold ended with 30 diamonds, I did 22sec. I had to break it, 8sec no hand then the 30d's Thanks Jattfreestyle for one of the best comments left
I just find this guy unbelievable. After 15 STRICT muscle-ups and 15 bar dips, he does 10 perfect pull-ups with better form and less momentum than most people would use when trying to just get those 10 pull-ups when fresh. If there is a world record for consecutive pull-ups with good form (without leg movement) I'm sure could break it.
I wish he would give away some Info on how he develops muscle endurance and strength for the various holds and OACs. Zef, when you do the first clean one arm muscle up in history, we will name it the OAZ!
