Yes, and it was really nice her newscasts could be trusted enough to wake the kids up for it, too ? Some of the investigative journalists and news anchors today, don't even wake US up! Even if one didn't "like" her, they had to at least "respect " her sense of integrity and honesty, yes ? Then to have "gone" in such a manner, makes "going" not so bad, as she knew the "way" to go! Memories OF her and her influencing ways. will live allot longer and be a part of so many other lives; Condolences to her family, too, as they must have influenced her also. Ah, you were lucky enough to have known her, personally! NBC finally got it right! Rest in Peace, the Beautiful Lady that she was, both inside, and outside.
