Love it!!! These videos show that you don’t have to bench or squat 1000lb to compete, it’s all about competing against yourself. (Unless your name is Larry Wheels and you’re destroying numbers left and right lol)
I’m watching all barbell videos during this lockdown to help motivate me before and during my home workouts. Thank you guys for posting these, without them I literally would not be continuing working out with the gym closed. I also just bought a bunch of the barbell preworkouts/protein powders/supplements
great video, but I think it would have been even better if you guys had a small annotation somewhere on the screen of the weight the person was lifting during each attempt
Anthony DeGone just find music with fast beats :) some I love to workout to with hard beats are - lucky you by Eminem , deadz by migos and 2chains (ironically love doing deadlifts to that), problems by 6lack, diablo by Mac miller, I would go on but I’m about to start work lmao
ive recently taken up power lifting but yet to compete i dont know if i will cause brett gibbs is in my weight class and i wouldnt have a chance to go to worlds since hes from my area
