barefoot minimalist running results after 250km
In this video I talk through my concluding thoughts from running in a barefoot / minimalist fashion for a few months and over 250km.
I have barefoot / minimalist run mixed in with using traditional running shoes and trail running shoes , however, mostly in Vibramfivefingers. in this video I talk through the benefits I have noticed and through the journey I have gone on along with what you can expect to achieve as a progression if you choose to play around with barefoot / minimalist running.
