How to get blood glucose reading on sports watch - in this video I show you how I use a freestyle Libre, MiaoMiao sensor, the x-drip app, and Garmin devices to get my blood sugar readings in my watch and cycling computer.
This way I don't have to keep stopping to test my blood sugars when I am out exercising, I simply get a new blood glucose reading every five minutes automatically.

My blucon has a provision of initial set up of readings on phone and then I can switch connectivity to watch and get readings, trends. I can see real time effect of food/exercise/and medicines on my sugars

Hello guys, Miao miao 3 has just arrived..! I would like to purchase a smartwatch as well, in order to get my blood sugar measurements much easier all the time.. Is there something i should be aware of? Are there any compatibility issues with any brand or i could go and purchase any smartwatch i like??

I have a Fenix 5S plus garmin, use an Apple phone and I cannot see my BG readings after following this video. I'm getting a error -400 on my watch.....any help please?

Hi and thank you for this elaborated video! Is it possible to receive blood sugar reading on the Garmin watch without having a phone in-between the Libre2+MM ? Hard to imagine swimming with a watch & a phone... What does my Garmin watch need? Only bluetooth? Or does it need NFC as well? thank you, Pieter

Unfortunately you have to have the phone in the middle so you can't get glucose monitoring whilst swimming. even if you used some of the watches which do not need a phone, Bluetooth doesn't work underwater anyway so any CGM or FGM combo will never work whilst swimming.

Any idea if you can get the Libre Freestyle 2 data to display on a garmin data field? I just got the Ultrahuman tracker which uses the Libre Freestyle 2 connected to their App. But can figure out if if he displayed on garmin field

I use the libre freestyle 2 now without the miaomiao but I still put it through the xdrip app and then that connects to my devices

How to get your glucose reading ONLY ON A GARMIN watch. This would have been a better description. Nowadays most people wear other popular watches and for some reason programmers don't come up with an app for other watches.

All nice but honestly the problem is not uploading the App on Garmin but the sensor you have applied on Freestyle Libre to get the reading on your watch. Could you please tell me how to get it. Many thanks! :D

Silly question, but this item only installs xdrip on my Garmin, but how do I connect this to my libre on my phone as this shows no details on how to do this if required.

Do i have to have my phone on me as well as my watch? or can i get all of the apps in place and in order then go run away form from home with nothing but my watch and still be getting accurate readings?

I think the sensor is connected to the phone and the phone sends the data to the garmin

@@endurodiabetic9414 Have you ever tried taking your phone in a waterproof tow buoy for open water swims? I presume as long as there's a bluetooth signal should be ok.

Only for the initial purchase, about $100, then it's free to use, no subscription. Although this week I have started using the libre 2 and got that using the xdrip app without the need for the miaomiao, it's tricky to set up but once it's working it seems to be the same outcome...
