Hi, this is an awesome video you gave us extremely detailed information about making expresso I learned a lot from this video about expresso-based beverages latte cappuccino, latte, and ice caramel latte this is a very interesting video thanks for making this video.
lacking of scale my friend is not consistent as you say esp when you are using that kind of grinder. buttons: 1 button - single shot 7-10g/30-35ml 2 button - double shot 52-60ml 3 button - double shot dry input w/ single shot outut 30-40ml 4 button - double shot output - 52-60ml all shot extraction depending on roast profile. never use the word HALF as you are refering to a calculated recipe based on weight. for that, you'll have a higher consistency.
Thanks soo much, you are really good teacher you explain very well, detailed and very clear to understand .thumbs up. As a beginner learning to be q barista this is very helpful. Thank you and God bless you 🙏
Please we always follow your page please teach us more of flat milk and ice milk we love the way u explain because we are beginers u are a good teacher
Good day sir. Ask lng po ako what size yung cup na gamit nyo ? And how many espresso needed for its size? Sa iba po kc 8oz, 2 shots of espresso ang kanila
I came here to learn more but it looks like you're wrong? You mistaken cappucino and latte, cappucino has espresso with less milk and more foam but you just used the same cup like for latte so both are the same.. unless it supposed to be flat white.
nice, but i have a little concern about your latte and cappuccino it looks nothing different. what I've studied in this is our cappucino is more foamy than yours that u make
Based on what I understand, cappuccino has less milk than latte. It serves within 150-200ml for cappuccino and 200-300ml for latte. Both of them consist of double shot espresso.
Yes exactly nothing deferent because it's is they same beans coffe ang steam milk capucino it's is only brewing bean and steamilk latte brewing beans but the foam in the top
@@japoy5423You're partly correct. Yes capuccino has less milk than latte. Cappucino is made up of equal amounts of espresso + milk + foam whereas latte has less foam but more milk.
