Hi sir m following you on instagram. M also a head barista in UAE Australian branch Jones the grocer. arfaz2224 my Instagram account. Plz check it out my designs. Thank you so much.
Awesome. He is so satisfied in what he does. When I see this I feel like drinking . So nice. May God bless you cause you make people release their stress through your coffee.
Love it! I wish I could do this so easily! In saying that, half my time goes in breaking down every ticket these days, everyone has such a specific order, at least here in Australia. We offer flat white, cappuccino, latte, mocha, piccolo, macchiato, ristretto, cold brew, iced latte, ice coffee, hot chocolate, cold chocolate, 4 different sizes, 5 different milk options, extra hot, extra shot, half strength, adding sugar, honey, syrup, 3/4 full, take away and dine in. I’m sure here are variables I’ve forgotten from top of my head. Sometimes reading the ticket takes as long as it took you to make the 6 coffees :D
You man, not just a barista, you are above it, the passion you showed even certified barista can't have it. You truly show respect in every cup you make, the level only good barista can do and great barista have nothing but fancy equipments.
Yes, I really appreciate your effort though I'm not a coffee connoisseur from the way you make it it's gotta taste good and pleasantly subtle too and I always believe a good cup of espresso made by a good barista it had nothing to do with coffee beans, fancy pitcher, million dollar baby machine or whatever, only GOOD BARISTA can make good cup of coffee nothing more nothing less and it's very very rare to find one in this technological day. Cheers from Malaysia to Germany
No question about it, he is a master. It's easy to see he has many years of experience and loves what he does. But I'm sure he would disagree with you when you go so far as to say that the quality of the beans and roast is unimportant. haha - right? +Dritan Alsela
+Onigiri Izumi This is obviously your first ever barista video... Just because this is your first time watching a barista video doesn't automatically make that person a great barista.
Awesome dude , you are brilliant. I'm currently training for becoming a barista . Awesome videos and tricks. Brilliant! 😀👍👍👍. Could learn alot from your videos. Thanks mate!
Bravissimo, ha eseguito tutta la procedura correttamente e soprattutto ha fatto uscire l'acqua rimasta del caffe fatto precedentemente non tutti lo fanno, complimenti🤗
Clearly youu have a passion and love for making coffee! Your work space is spotless! No coffee granules discarded carelessly on the bench and your perfect artistry is faultless. I cringe when I grab a free coffee from Pak n Save...the so called baristas are an embarrassment after watching your video and the coffee is ghastly. Legend ♥️
Hi Dritan, I love watching your amazing barista skills and your amazing quick hands during your show. So please let me know the brand of your Espresso Machine and also if you are happy with it.
I started laughing at the second cup. Here I am trying to make one heart in a cup, and this guy is making it look too easy haha 😄 I’d love to visit his shop one day!
@@jamesfletcher474 haha actually I was comparing his skills to my own. Im using one of those Delonghi's right now. Still better than anything I've ever gotten at starbukcs. If you have any good links, lemme know!
I watch your videos every day before work and my coffees always improve. Thank you . I wish i had a long steam wand like you to steam without holding the pitcher
It's a really fun and satisfying job, kinda stressful in busy shops but since it's also his own shop it's even better. I would do it for the rest of my life too if I didn't have coworkers annoying my ass or if it wasn't so low paying.
Complex...? Step 1. Press button to grind right amount if beans. Step 2. Place steam thing in a pot of milk. Step 3. Pull lever to release pre measured amount of water. Step 4. Pour steamed milk into espresso.... Yup.... Incredibly complex.. Push a button pull a lever and pour the milk.
@@joaohenriquedasilvabaginsk9484 not sure what's ignorant about staying the steps used to make a coffee... Do details mater.. of course however the process in no way is complex.. especially when using machines... Tell me what I'm missing? The facts are as previously mentioned.. does he have his own specific temperatures, the amount of beans, or just the fancy designs he makes? Yes the science and the machines are complex.. but making a cup of coffee isn't..
The barista is the creative man who can focus and follow more than one topic at the same time without making any mistakes, He brings out his art and masters his work. In short, he possesses the qualities of senior managers, he chose his path and became a great as he want
takes me 5 mins to do 1 cup with weighing the beans, leveling the grounds in the portafilter, tamping 30lbs, purging the group , checking the extraction is starting at 7secs, the pressure is 9 bar, extraction is 36grams for 18grams of beans and then ensuring I have cold milk before stretching the milk and I still cant do a bleeding heart with the milk. You are an artist my friend👏🏻
Hey Clarissa, I make sure it doens't burn. I never steam higher than 65 °C. If it were burned, it wouldnt be shiny/silky and I wouldn't be able to pour latte art like it. But valid question, as it takes quite some time until my milk is ready. This has to do with the power of the steamer which might be less than others you've seen.
Dritan Alsela ah that's exactly what i was thinking, thank you for the reply. the steam wands that i've worked with have been somewhere in between yours and some i have seen that only take ~8-12 seconds to steam milk to temperature, it's crazy!
Ubeydullah Tırıslı starbucks is overrated and have a bad coffee. Only a bunch of teenage pumpkin spice drinking white girls goes there. Seriously find a local coffee shop.
OMG you are fantastic !! 1 question ... looks like the espresso doesn't come out very well from the machine into the cup. Is that because how the coffee was grinded?
