My ghost 410 has a composite riser… I’ve had it for 11 years(used every year for deer and hog). I just bought the Hyper Raptor yesterday and it having a composite riser was a non issue for me!

Bought one of these a year ago 2023 no warranty given and crank issues from day one. Was about target practicing a few shots in I couldn’t crank this crossbow so I open up the crank mechanism and found that string was apparently not installed correct. Since there is no warranty I have to use my old handyman skills. Warranty would of been nice. Other than that I like this crossbow scope was sighted good and satisfied with the speed if you get one of these get yourself a strap and warranty if possible.

i got the Raptor with the Crank Cocking device. Honestly i wish i had saved my money. That CCD is a PITA to use to cock. i would only suggest that for people with shoulder issues or physical ability problems.

What weight is the bolt in total before firing? Is it a standard 400gr weight between shaft, nock and broadhead/field tip? If so, the 390's isn't a bad speed given it's marketed at 410fps with a 385 gr bolt.

You know what I don't understand how come Raven is the only crossbow that will actually hit the speeds or even faster with the arrow that you're hunting with you know Barnett for example they say 4:10 well that's where the 380 grain Arrow that's right in their book that's not a 400 grain Arrow so why design a crossbow that will actually through 410 with that 400 grain Arrow that you get with that crossbow it's a 300 grain arrow with a 100 grain tip it puts it right at 400 grains why can they not do that

Hey guys when u were putting arrow in u have to hear that Knox insert in the string make sound push with some force so u guys doing it wrong that’s why the speeds were wrong too trust me I have that crossbow especially with hyper flight arrows
