This was a Danny Arnold masterpiece show that should be more appreciated.

What an absolutely fantastic show; to me the best of all time. When I need a lift, this is the one that does it, especially if Bruno Binder is in it.

I haven't seen this one yet, all the way through? I can see it's already going to be hilarious!

Brings me back to simpler times. Thank you.

I like seeing all the Barney Miller/ Night Court actor crossovers.

Many thanks for uploading and I can only hope there can me more. 🌟 “Movie”, parts 1 and 2 are Barney Miller at its best. So many hilarious levels and provocative layers. How things have changed in 40 years when to see a dirty movie you had to rent a roll of celluloid and a projector! And how things unfortunately are still the same as with the Zitelli story, which was remarkably groundbreaking at the time. And I love how Danny Arnold had his company of regulars and kept continuity (like Levitt’s “I was the field associate” comment). Barney Miller truly deserves its status as a cult classic.

Does the Owner of the Channel ever respond to the Comments? Or is it a Bot 🤔? I've watched all of the Parts of Barney Miller and have not seen one response to any of the comments . If I'm wrong I apologize. It may just be me 🙄.

I was a very young when this show was in syndication. I just remember the theme song. But they never seemed to show them doing cop shit outside the precinct.

Mrs Richards: "I paid for a room with a view !" Basil: (pointing to the lovely view) "That is Torquay, Madam ." Mrs Richards: "It's not good enough!" Basil: "May I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window ? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? the Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically past?..." Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!" Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky." Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction." Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment ?"

Was the giving hands president also the Muzak guy?

A great, great show. But did you American people actually watch it as an incidental among a forest of ads? Blimey, this is the homeland calling :-). Why would you DO that?
