@@daderowley4514 unlike most animals like cats and dogs who would find a place to do their buisness, farm animals like cows, horses, pigs, tend to crap on the spot.
The issue I have is that on one side it wants to be serious and the stuff with the old cow is pretty well executed and engaging for what it is, but then that takes a backseat to make way to a bunch of vignettes of silly farm animals being silly and then towards the end they go "Oh yeah, right, we have a villain who's coming back" and it gets serious again. You can have a sentimental story, and you can have a comedy story about silly farm animals, doing them both... eh... didn't work out that well IMO. At least we got a lot of juicy memes.
This song has been ingrained in my head since I was a bright happy 8 year old. I'm not a dull depressed and in debt 22 year old. I blame this song. Man time flies.
I am also 22, and I was depressed until I started dating someone... but then they filed a restraining order on me due to a misunderstanding and I attempted suicide. So, uh, be grateful that at least that didn't happen to you, I guess?
Yea man, I'm 23 and i was drinkin with my friends the other night and we reminisced about these times and how long its been, feels like as soon as you get out of school it goes so fast
My uncle had a farm at 1 time and he remembers going to sleep and than at like 3 am he got up to go pee and he looked out the window and he saw a bunch of his animals roaming at night. Lol
@@Tango_Raptor You're thinking Abby, I'm gonna guess they thought Otis being a dad. husband and leader wouldn't be relatable enough to the kids they were targeting with the show. Which is a shame, because the entire TV show ignores Otis' character arc and the entire movie in general, Miles and Maddy got removed too.
they sort of did, not really but partially, someone that looks like her, and as for baby Ben, well um, one episode had a baby cow with balloons and he looked like baby Ben, so I guess they acknowledged the movie partially
Now, every heifer every cow Hold tight to your udders now Farmer Brown is bedding down Let's turn this barn into funky town Chickens on the left, dance with your neighbor Hogs, don't slobber on the pool table Try to go easy on the manure. It's a dance floor, not a sewer Here we go, do-si-do Here we go, do-si-do Put this thing on hot You better hold on tight when we go hittin' the hay You better hold on tight and pray You better hold on tight 'cause we go hittin' the hay Darling, better run 'cause I won't hold back my horses We go hittin' the hay, we go hittin' the hay We will rumble and stumble all night and day We go hittin' the hay, we go hittin' the hay Til our backsides shakin', we go hittin' the hay Here we go again, come and grab your friend Shake him up, shake him down, gotta get a good blend Here we go, do-si-do, here we go First, you hold him tight Then you dance all night Sing hey-di-ley Go hit the hay You better hold on tight when we go hittin' the hay You better hold on tight and pray You better hold on tight 'cause we go hittin' the hay Darling, better run 'cause I won't hold back my horses We go hittin' the hay, we go hittin' the hay We will rumble and stumble all night and day We go hittin' the hay, we go hittin' the hay Til our backsides shakin', we go hittin' the hay
I love this movie. It’s hilarious, I unfortunately never saw it during my childhood but I did just now and I gotta say it’s a great and entertaining movie, I don’t care what the critics say.
this scene looked like the most fun thing ever as a kid, and i'd be lying if i said it didn't still feel that way as an adult lol. some really good visual gags too, there's so much going on!
Imagine getting in bed and you hear from your barn "Now every heifer every cow hold tight to you utters now farmer brown is bedding down let's turn this barn funky"
1:52 When I was little, I thought he was laying on the ground because he got knocked over by one of the band members when the drum playing hug shoved them away, but now I realise he probably had a heart attack or something and fell over.
Back at the Barnyard is the type of movie to give me nostalgia,as well as saddnes at that scene where Otis's dad gets made beef by those coyotes.I love that movie.
I bet some of the wanna be cowboys in Texas grew up watching this and they probably go to the stockyards in fort Worth 😂 I'm not from Texas nor have I lived there I've heard about the stockyards on Twitter lol
