Friends, I am sharing with you a recipe for pickled cucumbers that are perfectly stored at room temperature. This recipe uses cold brine, the recipe is quite simple. No vinegar. Cucumbers are crispy, aromatic and tasty.

Cucumbers (small, healthy, hard)
Garlic
Dill sprigs, oak leaves
If you have cherry leaves, horseradish leaves, take them too. I couldn't find them in France.
Rock salt (I buy it in a Russian store) not iodized, not extra. Based on 1 liter of water, 100 g of salt
