I checked Google Reviews, and indeed the by-the-slice pizza looks different and people who had that left 5 starts, the reviews where they got the whole pie are 3-4 stars. People are even confused as to why it only has a 3.6 rating lol....Jeff knew what he was talking about. They lied to Dave.

@@jonathonwallen I just looked at the web site and goggle images and all the pizza and slices look like same.

@@iceman6518 you didn’t look carefully then. You can’t tell me the crust looks the same because it doesn’t. It’s definitely thinner. And yes I also looked at their website and saw nothing about slices but people in the google reviews mention it and there is a slight difference in the photos. Look closer.

he just made up some dumb rules (8 being a rookie score, 6.8 neapolitan, made up categories like 'football pies' etc.)and the majority of his audience are dumb people that would start calling him out if he broke those rules so he just goes along despite none of it making any sense. a LOT of great pies got subpar reviews because he didn't care, was in a rush, or some other outside factor. let's not forget that half the time he accuses a pie of being "greasy" it's just olive oil, which is great? i mean, people who truly think his reviews are something to go by when picking the best pizza spots are morons, but even if we don't take him seriously at least it should make sense.

I think you hit a really good point about the whole rushing/not caring thing. Old reviews used to be 4-9 minutes, now a 3-5 minute review is like Max you’re gonna get. Cus he says he’ll do 30 in a day or whatever. Like cool I get it, but the quality of the video just goes down immensely cause he doesn’t care and is rushing to get them done.
