I've done this video 10 days in a row, couldn't perform most of the exercises and had to stop several times but wow I felt muscles I've never felt before, and that's after practising Pilates for 3+ years. I love Raels energy and queuing, it made me want to continue his workout for another 9 days. I hope Rael posts more of these longer workouts. You're an inspiration Rael!

The instructor is superb...I found it very difficult and there were several moves I could not do, but it is certainly something to aspire to being able to do competently.
