One of the most useful dance lessons I've seen on RU-vid! I used to do ballroom dancing, and recently I got interested in hip-hop, so I looked it up on RU-vid. Half of it was quite old; another half didn't help at all and was confusing even for me. Please continue making these lessons! Thank you!

I LOVE your teaching style! You break every step down slowly & individually, then add them together. I realize that instead of trying to make it look cool & fluid, I just need to master the mechanics of each step & do it repetitiously, until I make the mind body connection - then I can have fun & jazz it up. My most awkward thing is that I never know what to do with my arms! I try to imitate your arm placement. 😂 I'm going to do this video as long as it takes to get the whole routine at the end. I wish you could teach me in person, but for now, I'll take your videos. 😉 Thank you so much! 😘
That was so much fun I enjoyed those groovy little moves. You broke the steps down so well and gave little tips as you went through, not all at once. eg. distance between legs, how high to lift legs, ways to move arms. Loved the heel toe one always wanted to know how to do that one, everyone else does it to fast :)

This is really so amazing to me. I've never really "learned" to dance, and didn't really have much interest in Hiphop previous to this. Then I stumbled across the legendary Tom Holland Umbrella performance, and I was like 😳😅👍🏻 I wanted to learn how to dance like that, but didn't know where to start. So, here I am. The breakdown really makes it possible to follow as a beginner, without becoming just overwhelmed or frustrated. Love it so much. When I practice, it's my happy time of the day, and that means a lot during the quarantine now. Thank you ☺️❣️
