Thank you so much for this video!!! It has been the easiest to understand out of all the ones that I have found. I’m totally new to Raspberry Pi and Arduino. I just got my Pi 4 kit yesterday. I’m definitely interested in your tutoring. John
I think these are cool but I'm no programmer. Luckily I CAN follow instructions so I thank everyone who posts projects and the code because I'm a hardware guy who can follow along. Thanks also for the video!
Thanks Ape, good basic tutorial. One quick addition 'cd' with no arguments is a short cut to your home directory. No need for $HOME or ~. Got anything coming on Arduino?
Dang, I didn't know that about the cd command. I have an Arduino and ole played with it a bit, I might do something by hadn't really thought about it...
You may or may not have seen something about it already or may or may not be interested but... You can turn a Pi into a FM transmitter fairly easily. Just some software and attaching some form of antenna to the right pin. Tested it out to send a signal in the standard FM radio bands and it seemed to work fairly well. I have no way to measure the power so it may or may not fall within the legal limit of output power for such a use.
