@@debugemptyHe actually moves his face A LOT in STRIVE, especially when you compare him being actually expressionless (except when drinking blood) in XX/ACCENT CORE. Heck, first time you can see him actually get ANGRY in-game in STRIVE. If ABA is crouching but doesn’t block and gets hit, you can see him glare at the opponent and start growling, his sharp teeth even comes back and he loses control of his ear-horns cos he’s that angry she got hit.

@@coomcharger6105 Lore-wise, Slayer said Para could even do an AOE mindcontrol to force everyone around him to fight each other to the death. That’s how much power Para actually has, but he was actively suppressing his abilities even back in XX/AC so all he did was beg Slayer or anyone to take him away from ABA. Slayer still said that Para was ‘kinder and gentler’ with ABA, even with the protests, and he feels the reason is cos ABA never saw him as a weapon and only as her hopeful “key to the future”, and that ‘bound’ Para to start changing to fit that idea she has of him. Kinda confirmed in recent interview with Daisuke and the STRIVE producer that that’s how Para works - ABA saw him as a key, the idea is ‘interjected’ into him the moment she wields him, and his true form is that he morphs to fit his owner/wielder. So ABA kinda reverse-mind controlled him in a way haha! He’s gradually turning into boyfriend material cos that’s how she sees him.

An additional note is the fact that she mentions that she likes the color because it being clear means it has no secrets and is thus, in a way, upfront about how it "feels" Para turning that specific shade of blue also shows how he wants the two of them to actually communicate and be honest with each other since ABA wasn't really letting him give his opinion on whether or not they should stay together

I think the interesting thing is the fact that she loves that specific shade of blue, which you would really only naturally see in the sky or large bodies of water - things you would need to be outside to see, something she didn’t have access to for a long time.

if you ask for my honest opinion, yes it was and still is the first game that got many people into fighting games, its a good choice, if you intend to play it, play with people on discord servers that can teach you the game and give you feedback, if it clicks with you, you'll fall in love with fighting games
