Big changes are underway for the Baskets family. After 49 years, Chip decides it’s finally time to move out of his mom’s place, but leaving the nest is hard. Christine and Ken move into a new home, but carpet emergencies and missing kitchen magnets make the transition rockier than expected. Came to watch this again, now that our dear Louie has passed away. May he Rest In Peace. Yes, he had many cool roles over the years but this was his “role of a lifetime.” He nailed it, and got an Emmy for it. I miss you already Louie. But don’t worry. Just like Mrs. Baskets asked in this clip, “you will never be forgotten.” 💙

Back in the early 80s I saw his stand up at the Improve in Hollywood. I met him afterwards and he was kind enough to give me and my friend a ride home. A really sweet person

I go into thrift shops and look at photos from the early 1900s and I think to myself, these people wouldn't have expected to be at a second hand store, and I doubt many of them would like it.
