Don’t forget that he pointed out the fact that he fought and beat Rhino on the Brooklyn Bridge when he saved Miles. Not only that, but he even beat Scorpion AND Rhino at the same time all by himself. Plus are you just going to ignore that it took Rhino running Peter through multiple walls and explosions, then proceeding to throw him through another wall, thus slamming into yet another wall. And even after all that Peter was still conscious, and even seemed to fully recover after Miles fought Rhino. Batman would be turned to paste in this situation.

Batman´s prep time should give him an edge but you forget Spider-sense...so, not really. Only advantage that Batman´s got over Spider is the fact that he´s willing to do anything to win, while Spider has limits to what he´ll do. That´s the only real advantage.

Batman has to deal with shit in gotham city which that alone is significantly more difficult than anything spiderman has to deal with in nyc. Also batman is willing to do whatever it takes to win, spiderman isn’t. Batmans stealth and gadgets beat spiderman by a long shot. The only thing that spiderman has going for him are his powers and his scientific intelligence, which is very different from battle IQ. We’re talking about a guy who can go like 40 days with almost no water and food and has a backup personality that can take over if you ever try to fuck with his mind. Man has outsmarted cosmic gods. To boil their intelligence down to raw iq is reductive. The most realistic analysis is that Spider-Man has a superior brain for engineering and mathematics while Batman is superior at stuff like criminal psychology, philosophy, and battle strategy.
