It's nice to think that the battery in the hard-working, 300k+ mile Toyota Camry Hybrid taxi I took to Penn Station in the pouring rain today will get to "retire" to a re-purposed battery farm in some idyllic place like Yellowstone one day!

I am curious about the Toyota Advisor roles I see in these Toyota Effect videos. How did those people get into that role? Could you advise on any training or learning on the Toyota Way? I work as a human-centered design specialist, and I see lots of overlap between design thinking and the Toyota Way.
