She is probably more serious in the lore. Because voicelines doesn't represents the char that much. Like reedemed xayah and rakan.

Most of her lines are more serious. Just some cringe interactions which rarely happen

Briar's lore is so fitting in this skin line. Her being a lunatic while trying to be sweet just makes it really good.

You can here a little bit of seriousness in her lines but since xayah is there it makes sense shes the optimistic one

your point being? like i mean, who cares whats the point of seraphine? if you say it because there are people who hate her, its probably because 1. it is legit just another take on sona (and to be fair i dont know why she got a built in dj sona on every skin.) 2. her lore when she was released literally was only about poking fun about dead old brackerns (skarner before rework), atleast that was the only important thing in it really. And to be fair again she lives in piltover and depression and such not really explored in runeterra (only in vex's lore or other camavor, shadow isle character lore) her songs wont going to ease the pain of the zaun people beacuse most of their problem are caused by piltover people and vice versa really and frankly she's just doesnt have a place in runeterra because she is literally just sing and that's it. (i mean she is hearing voices which is really funny and relatable but still) 3. some people just hate her because of the kit is can be annoying - my english is not that good and i didnt mean to sound like someone who is raging but i just genuinly didnt get your point. and i actually dont mind seraphine now but still. edit: 4. literally released for the kda skin according to some people

I really doubt anyone has time for her music when Piltover and Zaun are in a literal war. Sure she can help some of the random people of Zaun be happier, but it wouldnt last. After one concert theyd be back in a crime and drug filled poisonous city, where people die on the daily from the air itself. She is gonna make them happier for a couple hours, then they probably die soon afterwards from all the different problems plaguing Zaun. Music can be used to send a message, she aint even trying.

It's no use trying to reason it because they are not deliberately choosing what champ to EXclude from "being evil" or "being good" (if they are evil) or whatever contrast you want to apply to the skins; they are coming to reasonable conclusions with the help of knowing their audience about what would sell well and what fits and their risk/reward for picking such thematics for the champions' skins. Also, I can already tell you evil Seraphine (assuming it would still be Legendary) would probably not sell as well as Faerie Court did last year and as this skin will do this year.

They still do, just not always. Coven Nami and Mythmaker Irelia are two that come to mind immediately. Contrastly, Corporate Mundo is one of the most beloved Legendary skins, his personality is basically the same.
