Could you do a longer video that addresses various solutions for sibo and constipation? I know many things usually help to solve this like fasting, walking, a list of certain foods, herbs and supplements. Would also be interesting to know your thoughts on Dr Hulda Clark's unconventional approach to health and what she says is the cause and the cure for all cancers.

@dr.patriciamills I have been doing enemas or basti and yoga for detoxing, fitness, health, and wellness since 1995 when I was a 13 year old Yogi practicing Hatha Yoga.

@dr.patriciamills I first do a warm water cleansing enema, then I retain 60 ml to 120 ml herbal enemas until they are fully absorbed by the body.

@dr.patriciamills I even retain the 120 ml herbal enemas during the day and during the night until they are fully absorbed. I wear a pad to catch any enema leakage that may occur.
